New Food Safety Act Developments

In our continuing tracking of the Food Safety and Modernization Act which will focus on preventon in more substantive ways, today marks the announcement by the FDA in the ways they will work with both public and private agencies to deliver the training needed for the food industry participants. While this all unfolds, we will continue to play our role as silent sentrys at the entry and exit doors of food prep and food storage facilities where the use of the Mars Air Curtain can effectively dispel the airborne contaminants that can impact food safety, be they flying pests, dust or other airborne intrusions.
